Bridging ancient wisdom and modern science to explore the many dimensions of healing

re-membering: the act of bringing things back into relationship

At The Re-membering Collective, we create spaces to pause, inquire, and work with your body and life more consciously—building awareness, resilience, and the capacity to shift patterns over time.

Care today is often fragmented, fast, and transactional. Our approach is rooted in depth, context, and long-term practice.

As a collective, we are a growing field of health practitioners, artists, and educators dedicated to a culture of care.

Our Approach

The Multidisciplinary Edge

We bridge the gap between biochemistry of the body and mystery of the spirit—by working through multiple ways of knowing, where clinical insight and embodied practices inform one another.

Nervous System Resilience

We work with the nervous system as a living interface between body, mind, and environment—integrating scientific tools and somatic intelligence to cultivate awareness, regulation, and inner capacity.

Beyond Wellness to 'Re-membering'

We go beyond classes, creating experiential spaces and interventions that restore the relationships between body, knowledge, and community.

People Behind the Collective

Practitioners First. The Collective was founded by two sisters whose work converges at the intersection of health sciences, anthropology, performance art and embodied practices.

Their combined expertise spans:

Biological & Structural Physiology

Grounded in health sciences, functional nutrition and clinical systems.

Relational & Interpretive Experience

Rooted in movement and yoga philosophy—working through expressive forms to shift patterns of body and behaviour
