Srishti Malpath
Co-Founder,
The Re-membering Collective
Yoga & breathwork coach, workplace wellness consultant, and retreat facilitator working at the edges of mind & bodywork
Srishti draws from her tribal lineage, where nature-based rituals around birth, death, and celebration shaped her understanding of life, learning, and community. These early imprints inform her work, where the body is approached not as something to be managed, but as a source of memory, intelligence, and meaning. An alumna of IIT Bombay and IIM Bangalore, she has worked across FMCG, healthcare, and institutional education alongside a deep inquiry into health, holistic living, and the costs of modern lifestyles – a pursuit that led her into the field of embodiment work.
Trained in Bharatanatyam and contemporary dance, movement has been her lifelong language. Over the past seven years, she has deepened her practice in Yoga, Kalaripayattu, and somatic studies, curating retreats and learning programs across India and the United States. Her work sits at the intersection of movement, philosophy, and lived inquiry.
An ERYT-500 yoga instructor and GABA-certified breathwork coach, Srishti facilitates programs across universities, corporate spaces, and communities. She has shared her work through research, talks, and workshops – including at the Learning & the Brain Conference (New York, 2024) and the Foundation for Experiential Education (India, 2026). She previously served at Plaksha University co-developing wellbeing curriculum, and has been guest faculty at Rishihood University.
Through The Re-membering Collective, her work explores embodied education as a pathway to self-awareness, relational presence, and collective intelligence.
