Rather than fragmented sessions across different modalities or practitioners, the work is curated and integrated — shaped around your body, your nervous system, your life context, and your intention.

A longer-term, integrative 1:1 program combining yoga asana, strength training, breath regulation, and nervous system support — curated around your goals, capacity, and daily life.
Prenatal Yoga & Perinatal Support
A dedicated 1:1 journey held through pregnancy, supporting strength, mobility, breath, nervous system regulation, and preparation for birth — paced with care and continuity.
Conscious Connected Breathwork
A long-form, in-person breathwork journey (3–5 hours) for accessing subconscious layers, emotional release, altered states, and deep integration.
Entry & pacing
